The minimum space requirement is at least 1x1ft of space. Though, we highly recommend adding 2+ machines if your business has consistent foot traffic or is busy. This would change the minimum space requirement of space in your business to 1x1ft of every machine you add, but will still be minimal. Our machines can fit in any kind of storefronts, big or small. If you'd like bigger machines, the min space requirement can be from 5-10ft.

Yes! Our claw machine service is free to your business. All that is required from you is space in your storefront, wifi connection for the card reader, and covering the electricity cost for the mini claw machine. 

Yes! We are happy to add your business logo or branding on the mini claw machine. We can also change the machine colors to your preference as long as we have the machine color in stock.

Restocking the prizes depends on the mini claw machine popularity at your storefront. We will check and refill the prizes for the mini claw machine at least once-twice a week, to once a month. We will also add new prizes to the machines monthly, or weekly depending on how many claw machines you have in your storefront.

We offer 10%-15% of the monthly gross commissions, it is dependent on the foot traffic and the type of storefront. We can also adjust it to another form of payment, such as a monthly/rent amount.

Yes there is in some states like in WA state, but you don't need to have any legal requirements or licenses as the person in charge of the amusement device is held liable for it*. Amusy will add your location to our to our Washington state amusement game license, at no cost. We are officially licensed by the Washington State Gambling Commission to operate amusement games/claw machines. We will make sure to try our best and follow all local/state federal laws when operating our machines in your business.

In WA state it is about $2.7 dollars a month to run a machine without it being played on 24/7 (if its only on during business hours). Even if customers play several times a day, the total monthly cost will not be over $5. We can also calculate this cost if you do not reside in WA state.

We pride ourselves in providing claw machines that are actually "winnable" with actual desired prizes. We are fully transparent that most of our machines do take more than one play to win, and skill. We can work closely together to make sure customers are winning at a moderate & fair rate. 

We are also flexible in allowing play until you win settings on most of our machines if that is what you prefer in your business.
